Refund policy

30-day refund, no questions

If a workbook isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain why, and you don't need to delete the files.

HOW TO REQUEST ONE

Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to support@hardnumbershq.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

WHY 30 DAYS

These workbooks take real data to prove their value. Food cost needs a full inventory period. Cost per mile needs a few weeks of loads. A construction job needs to progress. Thirty days is enough time to actually use one and decide.

WHAT WE ASK

Nothing. But if something didn't work, we'd rather fix it than refund it - tell us what happened and we'll try.
