Every product is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.

Your download links arrive by email immediately after checkout, at the address you used at checkout. Each purchase includes the workbook, a PDF setup guide, and a setup script for Google Sheets users.

If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it still isn't there, write to support@hardnumbershq.com and we'll send the files directly.

Download links do not expire.
